LVAC’s new ambulance was decorated for the parade.

LVAC members decorated their new ambulance and emergency response vehicle for the Village of Lancaster’s annual Christmasville parade on Nov. 27.
With emergency lights and sirens on, LVAC EMTs and paramedics joined area fire companies in the parade down Central Avenue through the village’s business district.
The recent additions to LVAC’s fleet were outfitted by volunteers with colorful holiday lights and wrapping paper.
“The start of Christmasville is a fun and exciting time in Lancaster,” said LVAC public relations chair Amanda Popiolkowski. “It was important for LVAC to take part and also sponsor this event.”

In addition, around 10 LVAC volunteers were on stand by for the evening’s festivities, which included a tree-lighting ceremony and musical performances.

Summer is finally here! Have fun but please stay safe!
